Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via Hunter Express. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days where stock is available. Once your order is dispatched the courier service may take 3-7 days delivery, regional and some remote areas require additional day(s) delivery time. For all bike online orders delivered in Australia, REEF Bikes provides free shipping. For Tricycles and Mobility Scooters free delivery is only available in specific areas. All accessories purchased online are subject to costs depending to your region.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm only. All purchases are allocated a Tracking Number. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Please ensure that you (or someone else) is at home during expected delivery. If you are not at home in time of the delivery, a note will be left with further instructions.
Reef Bikes is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available in stock we dispatch your order once stock is available again.
When ordering delivery, your bike will be delivered in a box approximately 90% assembled and ready to go. Reef Bikes is not responsible for completing assembly and fine tuning of your bike. The customer is responsible for completing assembly and fine tuning of all parts. The customer is responsible for adjusting brakes, gears, spokes, handle bars, seat posts, shifters, pedals, tyres, and tightening all nuts and screws.
All orders can be made online via our website. You do not need to register to order. You will receive an email with details of your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept credit card payments for Visa, Mastercard, AMEX. Bank EFT, Money Order, Bank Cheque.
To view your orders, you will need to register. Once registered, you can come back at anytime and view any previous orders.
When purchasing from Reef Bikes your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Returns, Repairs & Replacements
We do not accept any returns. All Products are guaranteed to work on arrival, as they are quality checked and tested before delivery. If in any case a part of your product is not working on arrival it will be assessed by REEF HQ and repaired under warranty. The buyer must return the goods at their own expense to be assessed and repaired.
We do not accept Refunds. Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If your item is faulty, your issue will be assessed and solved under warranty.
Release and Waiver of Public Liability and Injury
Riding an electric bicycle or scooter can be dangerous, and cause injury and death, to you the customer and to others in the public. By buying any product, bicycle, electric bicycle or scooter from Reef Bikes, you the customer take responsibility of your own safety, and the saftey of the public. You agree to follow your local governments road rules and laws. You agree not to ride an electric bike and scooter where it is not allowed. If you have purchased the Offroad Predator model, you agree that this is not a road legal bicycle, and must not be used on roads. You the customer agree that you have read and understand all the risks and agree to waive and release Reef Bikes from any responsibility and liability to you the customer and the public.
If your Reef Bike product needs repair and is covered under the Warranty Conditions, the customer will have to produce the Proof of Purchase Document. The Warranty Claim form must be submitted. All warranty claims have to be approved by Reef HQ. Warranty is only covered from the store you bought the bike from. Warranty is not covered in any other Reef Dealer or Service Center, only from the original store you purchased your bike from.
If you placed your order online, phone, or directly from Reef HQ, your warranty is only covered by Reef HQ, and not any of our dealers and service centers.
The cost of sending your bike to any of our service centers is at the customers expense. Your item will be assessed only by REEF HQ to see if it complies with warranty terms.

How The Warranty Applies
As the manufacturers, we warrant against possible manufacturing defects, provided the following conditions are satisfied:
- Warranty Claim Form must be submitted for approval
- Proof of purchase. The warranty starts on the date of purchase.
- Only the first owner is entitled to the warranty.
- The claim can only be assessed by Reef Bikes Headquarters
3 Years Warranty on the Bike Frame only.
1 Year Warranty on all other parts, mechanical and electrical parts.
1 Year Warranty on the battery, and only if capacity is under 5% of originial rating, or if it does not turn your bike on at all. This can only be verified by the REEF Bikes Headquarters.
How The Warranty Does Not Apply
When the bicycle is used negligently or results in damage due to traffic accident, your bicycle is not covered under warranty. When your battery starts to lose capcity and runs for less distance, this is not covered under warranty. Top Speed is not covered under warranty, if your bicycle does not reach estimated top speeds, this is not covered under warranty. Distance travelled per charge is not covered under warranty, if your bicycle does not reach the factory estimated distance advertised, (this is only an estimate) and can vary greatly depending on how you use the bike, this is not covered under warranty. Batteries do lose capacity over time, capacity loss will not be covered under warranty. If the battery pack is used incorrectly or tampered with, this will void your warranty. If you have not charged your battery regularly, if you have left your battery sitting unused for over a month, this is will void your warranty. If you have damaged your charger or battery by incorrect use, this will not be covered under warranty. We do not guarantee your bike will be able to power up all steep inclines, and the degree and duration of incline will not be covered under warranty. Damage ascribed to normal wear and tear and maintenence. Wear and tear and maintenence parts that are not covered under warranty include: Tyres, Tubes, Brakes, Brake Pads, Wheel Spokes, Derailleur Tuning, Gear Adjustments, Bottom Bracket Tightening, Handlebar adjustments, chain, and general tightening all nuts. Poor maintenance will void your warranty. Rust and corrosion is a result of poor maintenance, and will not be covered. Modifications to the bicycle and components will void your warranty. Damage due to external causes, or act of nature will not be covered. Any minor scratches, marks or imperfections will not be covered. If the bicycle is put up for hire, or used commercially this will void the warranty. Compensation for any type of loss and any costs inccured will not be covered. Reef Bikes will only provide the spare replacement parts. Parts only warranty cover. Parts will be replaced by similar when in stock. Any labour will not be covered and is at the cost of the customer. Repairs that have not been approved by Reef Bikes will not be covered.
How The Warranty Covers
Original defective parts that are sent to REEF Service Centers for assessment will be replaced by the same or similar value part. Labour and transportation charges are not included. This is accepted by the owner. REEF Bikes exclusively makes the decision whether or not the warranty applies. Warranty form must be submitted for approval.
All reef bike repairs not under warranty can also be repaired at our service centers at the customers cost. Please fill out the Service Form to book your bike in for repairs.
